Job Description
This Senior Principal Cloud Consultant will lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Time and Labor and Absence Management solutions, working with clients to understand their business processes and drive adoption of Oracle’s modern best practices processes.
Requirements
- Full life cycle implementation experience on at least two (2) Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence Management implementations
- Experience with multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules a plus
- Experience implementing third party/competitor scheduling systems is a plus
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company is a plus
- Experience implementing HCM SaaS applications
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
