Technical Business Analyst - Entry Level CRI-Sabana at Equifax

 We are looking for someone to assist in developing functional specifications that satisfy client requirements. This position involves collaborating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to review and refine requirements. You will actively participate in problem resolution, setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when needed. Other responsibilities include assisting with production deployment planning, performing system validation, and assisting clients with ongoing support for applications. 

What you’ll do:

Assist in developing functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (small-medium scale)
Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and others to review and refine requirements
Actively participate in problem resolution; setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when needed
Assist with production deployment planning
Perform system validation
Assist internal stakeholder with ongoing support for applications

What minimum experience you need:

• English Proficiency  C1.
• Bachelors degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required.
• 2 years of related working experience (Business Analyst or customer facing roles).
• +1 year of experience supporting multiple projects and/or teams.

What could set you apart (Plus):

• Experience with G-Suite, specially with Google Sheets.
• Professional proven track record of planning and coordinating onboarding and migration. activities with external customers and technical resources.
• Portuguese Proficiency (B2).
• Cloud Certification and familiarity with Big Query.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services.
• Experience working with file transfer platforms and technologies .
• Experience understanding of data transfer protocols such as SFTP and Connect Direct.
