Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in close collaboration with system, ML, and software teams. This role owns the design, orchestration, and rollout of scalable infrastructure and workflows that enable data-driven development.You will partner with research and engineering groups across the organization, drive end-to-end execution, and work closely with the Data organization to ensure efficient, measurable, and scalable operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of software systems, experimentation, and ML pipelines, and can balance constraints around time, compute, and limited resources while delivering complex programs from definition through execution.

Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end technical programs spanning device, ML, and software domains, driving complex, data-driven initiatives from early research through product integration
- Technical Program Ownership: Translate complex device, ML, and system requirements into executable plans. Assess trade-offs across data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and software deliveries, and provide clear status and risk visibility to stakeholders
- Program Execution: Own timelines and resources, proactively managing risks related to device readiness, data availability, experimentation velocity, and system scalability.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and tooling to enable efficient, scalable development across the device and data lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 10+ years managing complex, multidisciplinary programs, preferably in consumer electronics with research components
- Strong expertise in hardware, mechanical systems, software, and their integration
- Experience collaborating closely with Data and ML teams, including data acquisition and pipelines, is highly desirable
- Proven track record managing complex projects, including experiments, prototypes, and constrained resources
- Hands-on experience leading development lifecycles across hardware, software, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in Agile or hybrid methodologies for multidisciplinary teams, with expertise in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple parallel work streams effectively
