We're responsible for developing and executingstrategies that build brand equity, grow awareness, drive product, anddeliver profitable growth.As Director of Integrated Marketing, you'll be the mastermind behindBLADE’s story, bringing it to life through campaigns that grab attention andget results. You will play a pivotal role in executing BLADE’s brand strategy,overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging acrossall channels.This important position requires a strategic and creative thinker with a deepunderstanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior. You will leadthe creation and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketingcampaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing marketinsights to drive brand growth for BLADE’s passenger business.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a fast-paced role that will giveyou a high degree of ownership, allowing your vision to steer BLADE’s future.You are a skilled collaborator who has a proven ability to build influence,drive alignment, and bring together different teams around a common goal.Roles & Responsibilities● Own and manage the integrated content and campaign calendaracross all channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and brandpriorities.● Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and externalpartners to deliver compelling, high-quality content that resonates withtarget audiences.● Use performance metrics and market insights to continually optimizecampaigns and refine strategies.● Understand cultural and travel moments and how to leverage them toamplify BLADE’s narrative as an innovative, culture-shaping brand.● Develop innovative content strategies to grow and strengthen ourbrand voice and storytelling, and deepen our relationships with fliers.● Develop and execute brand strategy and integrated marketingcampaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty.● Drive product marketing and promotion of BLADE products, with afocus on scalable growth and product differentiation.● Assist the Partnerships and Activations team in executing BLADEpartnerships and events while keeping brand alignment across all fliertouchpoints.● Drive innovation in brand marketing by staying current with industrybest practices and exploring new opportunities for engagement.● Lead and mentor a small team of Integrated Marketing professionals.Required Qualifications● 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, program/projectmanagement, or account management roles within creative-driven,fast-paced environments● 2+ years of experience managing people.● Skilled at managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives withshifting priorities, competing timelines, and multiple stakeholdersacross regions● Demonstrated experience working directly with creative teams -supporting concept-to-delivery workflows across brand, content, andproduction functions, including events● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, orequivalent work experience● Deep knowledge of upper funnel versus lower funnel dynamics, with aclear view on how to sufficiently evaluate the performance ofcampaigns.● Brand storyteller: You can craft a compelling narrative and channelplan across different platforms - you know how to match themessage to the medium.● You keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends, technologies,and best practices, always seeking innovative ways to elevate ourproduct and brand.● Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Microsoft equivalent.● Excellent communication and presentation skillsDesired● High-growth startup experience is a plus.● Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite a plus; must be willing tolearn.Compensation at Blade is a combination of base pay and Restricted StockUnits (RSUs) in Joby Aviation. The target base pay for this position is$116,000-$154,700/yr.
