Job Purpose
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts and drive adoption of our financial wellness solutions. This role is key to bridging the gap between product, marketing, success, risk and sales â ensuring our offerings are positioned effectively, launched successfully, and communicated clearly to the right audiences.
Your Impact: What Youâll Do
- Market Intelligence & Insight Gathering
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and voice-of-customer (VoC) programs
- Analyze competitors, emerging trends, and category dynamics
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to collect feedback from deals won/lost
- Map customer segments, pain points and unmet needs
- Opportunity Assessment & Product Validation
- Assess market demand and commercial potential of product ideas
- Size the market (TAM/SAM/SOM) and evaluate revenue potential
- Clarify product value proposition, product goal and business benefits
- Support Product in establishing roadmap for this product
- Test early messaging or prototypes with potential users
- Go-to-Market Planning
- Define product positioning and messaging framework
- Define pricing and packaging in partnership with Portfolio, Product, Marketing, Sales
- Oversee the product buying journey (from campaign to notifications)
- Build Productâs GTM strategy covering B2B distribution and B2C adoption
- Support marketing in creating core product assets: value proposition, pitch decks, website copy, FAQs
- Support Marketing & Growth in defining multi-channel campaign strategy
- Train internal teams on product offer, GTM and keep them up to date
- Product Launch & B2B Distribution
- Coordinate Product Launch & GTM initiatives across functions (Marketing, Sales, CS, Product)
- Train internal teams on product value, positioning, and key messaging.
- Track adoption, engagement, and early feedback from users
- Improve sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product one-pagers, objection-handling guides
- Improve success enablement materials including implementation deck, product FAQs, configuration guides
- B2C Adoption & Optimization
- Support lifecycle marketing with positioning and messaging for activation, engagement, and upsell.
- Analyze product adoption, engagement and satisfaction metrics
- Collect ongoing feedback from users and internal teams
- Collaborate with marketing and growth to set product adoption & retention campaign strategy
- Collaborate with Product & Portfolio to share insights and align on product offer and feature improvements
- Product Sunsetting
- Create messaging to communicate product retirement clearly and empathetically
- Work with CS and Sales to manage customer transitions
- Document lessons learned to inform future product launches or decisions
What Weâre Looking For: Skills & Experience
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a digital-first or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of launching products and driving customer adoption
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills with an eye for customer-centric communication.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies
