We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and strengthen our data capabilities. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and dashboards with Tableau that support decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with teams across the business to provide actionable insights on strategic, tactical and operational level.
Please note: This is a 6-month fixed-term position.
Salary range: 17,000 - 20,000 PLN/month Net per month - B2B
Your position in our teamDesign, build, and maintain BI dashboards in Tableau for internal stakeholdersDevelop and optimize data models and transformations using Amazon Redshift and dbtCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust data solutionsEnsure data quality, reliability, and performance across our analytics environmentImplement best practices for data governance, documentation, and version controlSupport ad-hoc analysis and provide expertise on data accessibility and interpretationMonitor BI platform performance and optimize existing solutions where neededYour profile3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer (m/f/d), Data Engineer (m/f/d), or Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)Fluent in EnglishProven experience in the B2B software or SaaS industryExtensive hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard design, calculations, visualization best practices)Solid knowledge of Amazon Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehousesPreferable experience with dbt for transformations and analytics engineering workflowProficiency in SQL and experience working with data modeling concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling)Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersKnowledge of Python or data pipeline orchestration toolsFamiliarity with AWS servicesExperience supporting business teams in a SaaS environmentExperience with Git-based workflows is a plus
