The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting sales efficiency and revenue growth by optimizing the sales lifecycle and managing the administrative and operational pillars of the sales department. In this role, you will focus on managing customer data, overseeing the preparation and execution of sales contracts, and ensuring a seamless transition from deal closure to implementation. This position is pivotal in maintaining sales data integrity, streamlining internal workflows, and providing the tools and processes necessary for a high-performing sales organization.
Salary range: 9,000–14,000 PLN (depending on contract type)
Your Position in Our TeamAs part of the Sales Operations team, you will support the sales organization by ensuring contract accuracy, data quality, and smooth cross-functional cooperation. Your key responsibilities will include:Reviewing, preparing, and managing sales contracts in line with internal policies and accounting requirementsActing as the main contact for franchise partners, business partners, and multi-unit operators, including offer preparation and contract finalizationIdentifying and implementing improvements to Sales Ops and contract validation processes, including automation and standardizationCreating and maintaining process documentation, guidelines, and training materialsManaging Salesforce usage, ensuring data quality, and supporting reporting and dashboardsSupporting Account Managers across the full sales cycleCollaborating with Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Migration, and other internal teams on complex customer casesHandling ad hoc Sales Operations topicsYour ProfileTo succeed in this role, you bring a structured, detail-oriented mindset and enjoy working at the intersection of sales, processes, and data. You also demonstrate:Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Contract Management, or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and a high sense of ownershipAbility to work with contracts, data, and processes in a structured and compliant mannerHands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally SalesforceAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insightsStrong communication skills and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders across departmentsA proactive mindset with a willingness to improve, automate, and standardize processesComfort handling ad hoc topics and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environmentVery good command of English and German (written and spoken)
