As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Data Governance is required. Intermediate proficiency in Data Quality is recommended. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is suggested. Develop and implement data governance frameworks that align with organizational goals. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies. Provide training and support to team members on data governance best practices. Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance data management processes. Monitor and report on data governance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
