The Role

We’re looking for a driven B2C Account Executive to lead our growth in Mexico. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle for both inbound and outbound—from prospecting to closing high-value deals—and serve as a trusted partner to mobility partners, relocation agencies, and enterprise clients. You’ll build and manage a strong pipeline, drive revenue and occupancy targets, and represent Blueground in key negotiations and strategic meetings.

What you will focus on:

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle for Mexico, from prospecting to closing high-value deals (via phone, email, social tools etc).
  • Manage and grow current client relationships with mobility partners, relocation agencies, and enterprise accounts.
  • Build a powerful pipeline, forecast demand, and exceed revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Represent Blueground in key negotiations, meetings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Coach, support, and elevate the Mexico sales team with best-in-class sales methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and customer obsession.
  • Maintain an active line of communication with assigned cities local teams (GM, RE, OPS)


What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B Sales, Real Estate, Corporate Housing, Hospitality, or Relocation.
  • Strong track record closing enterprise deals in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experienced negotiator comfortable with C-level, HR, and mobility teams.
  • Data-driven, proactive, structured, and a natural relationship-builder.
  • Organized individual, skilled in CRM, pipeline management, and high-pace environments.
  • Customer first mindset and closing mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
