In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our business customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. Working in our Business team will mean you gain exposure to a different customer base within Good Energy, handling accounts for a wide variety of businesses. You will gain insight into and learn the nuances of the B2B environment, while honing skills linked to account management and business awareness, that will support your progression.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to our business customers, addressing their enquiries and resolving any issues through phone and email.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Gain a deep understanding of our products and services, with opportunities to become a specialist in key technical areas of your role
Support customers to manage their account in self-sufficient ways (via digital services, smart meters)
Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
