Paid Media Manager at Mission Disrupt
Job Description
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Meta platforms.
- Monitor performance daily, implement real-time optimizations to improve efficiency and meet/exceed KPIs, and maintain detailed logs of all optimizations for visibility, analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Own channel-level performance accountability by managing daily optimizations, budget pacing, and strategic initiatives to ensure paid media efforts consistently meet or exceed client KPIs and growth objectives.
- Write, test, and refine compelling ad copy across channels.
- Maintain and update all Account Budget Pacing Sheets, Optimization Logs, and internal reporting trackers.
- Lead the buildout of testing roadmaps, including audience segmentation, bid strategies, and creative experimentation.
- Translate data into clear reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for internal teams and client-facing updates.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists and creative leads to align media strategy with broader campaign initiatives.
