Employee Experience Specialist
The Employee Experience Specialist plays a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and seamless experience for employees across their lifecycle. From onboarding to day-to-day moments that shape how it feels to work here. This role partners closely with People, Facilities, IT, and business leaders to ensure employees feel supported, connected, and set up for success.
This position is based in Nashville and requires being in the office 3-4 days per week to support in-person experiences, events, and employee needs.
What You'll Do:
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee experience-related questions, needs, and feedback
- Help design and deliver meaningful employee moments, programs, and initiatives that enhance engagement and belonging
- Partner with People team members to continuously improve the employee lifecycle experience
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate and support onboarding experiences, including first-day logistics, orientation support, and new hire engagement
- Ensure smooth and thoughtful offboarding experiences, including exit processes and feedback collection
Office & In-Person Experience
- Support the Nashville office experience, ensuring the space is welcoming, organized, and employee-friendly
- Coordinate on-site events, team meetings, and engagement activities
- Partner with Facilities and IT to address office-related needs and improvements
Programs & Operations
- Assist with planning and executing employee programs such as recognition initiatives, wellness activities, and culture events
- Maintain accurate documentation, resources, and employee experience playbooks
- Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and informal check-ins, and share insights with the People team
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent, high-quality employee experiences
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with employees at all levels
What You'll Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, employee experience, people operations, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for employee experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience supporting in-office or hybrid work environments is a plus
- Proficiency with HR systems, collaboration tools, and basic project coordination
Work Requirements

Ability to work on-site in our downtown Nashville, TN office at least four (4) days per week

Comfortable serving as an in-office presence and point of contact for employee experience and onboarding activities
The expected base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $77,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Further details will be provided by our Talent Acquisition team during the interview process.
