Solid understanding of modern web technologies, responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams in a remote, async-first environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a bias toward delivering reliable, well-documented code.
