Join our Finance team and be a proactive part of accounts receivable management.

• Contribute to day-to-day accounts receivable tasks: Assist in the management of 1nce Group's accounts receivable.
• Support with closing tasks: Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Processing of accounting and sub-ledgers: Management of accounting and AR sub-ledgers for all companies.
• Posting AR payments: Daily recording and posting of incoming payments.
• Communication with customers and internal departments: Liaising with customers as well as internal departments to clarify outstanding issues.
• Contact person for AR-relevant questions: Support and advice on debtor-related issues.
• Accounts receivable analysis process and ageing analysis: Participation in the analysis and evaluation of receivables.
• Dunning process: Support in the implementation and monitoring of dunning processes.
• Preparation of reports and analyses: Preparation of regular reports and performance of analyses to optimise receivables management.

• Experience in accounts receivable: Several years of professional experience in the field of accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite: Good knowledge of the use of Oracle NetSuite is advantageous.
• Handling MS-Office: Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel.
• Commercial training: Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Working style: Hands-on mentality combined with an analytical, independent and detail-orientated way of working.
• Ability to work in a team: Enjoy working in a team and in accounting.
• Affinity for numbers: Strong understanding of numbers and financial processes.
• Structured approach: Ability to work on tasks in an efficient and organised manner.
