Lead, Air Segment at Hermeus

Own end-to-end outcomes for airborne mission platform from design to flight readiness
Lead integration of airborne mission systems (MMS, onboard compute, avionics, sensors)
Define clean interfaces between airborne platform and autonomy, ground systems, and payloads
Ensure platform robust and reliable to support evolving mission capabilities across variants
Drive integration and test planning for ground and flight tests
Identify risks early and lead mitigation across hardware/software/avionics

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years in airborne systems, avionics, or embedded software
Experience owning and delivering complex airborne or vehicle systems
Strong understanding of airborne compute, networking, and communications
Experience integrating sensors, payloads, or weapons interfaces on a vehicle
Proven ability to lead technical execution across teams
