  • Own complex account relationships with senior stakeholders and influencers.
  • Establish trusted advisor status by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Prospect net-new accounts with targeted outbound efforts.
  • Build a healthy pipeline with inbound/outbound balance and clean CRM.
  • Deliver reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.
  • Lead a consultative sales process in events and the Swoogo platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years quota-carrying SaaS sales; 3+ years as AE.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting.
  • Experience generating net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting.
  • CRM adoption leadership; Salesforce hygiene.
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
