📋 Description

• Own marketplace KPIs; drive data-led improvements to match quality, time-to-match, and cost.
• Shift to AI-augmented matching within 3-4 months; build LLM-powered matching with prompts and feedback.
• Own and optimize the full member journey; scale high-touch, personalized experiences.
• Design experiments to compare model vs human decisions; monitor QA.
• Lead experiments to increase efficiency while preserving personalization.
• Maintain deep knowledge of member personas and coach profiles to inform matching decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI tools to improve workflows, with measurable results.
• Experience improving matching/pairing/recommendation systems in a two-sided marketplace.
• Project management and process improvement experience with measurable results.
• Comfortable with AI tools, CRM systems (Hubspot), Zapier, and scheduling tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Bias to action; quick execution and leadership.
