📋 Description
- Design and document sales incentive and commission structures.
- Administer the commission platform: users, hierarchy, quotas, rules, and monthly payouts.
- Reconcile commission calculations with Finance and Payroll for accurate payouts.
- Analyze plan performance; identify trends and adjust plans for motivation and efficiency.
- Build dashboards and reports for sales reps, leaders, and executives.
- Serve as primary contact for compensation questions; guide and train sales teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 4–5 years in sales compensation, sales operations, or finance with ownership of commission plans.
- Experience administering commission software such as Xactly, SAP Callidus, or Varicent.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with complex formulas and data modelling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM and data dependencies.
- Analytical ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into insights.
