📋 Description
- Provide responsive chat and email support during onboarding and maintenance.
- Complete onboarding tasks with front-end Shopify work (HTML/Liquid, CSS, JS).
- Install Okendo widgets on storefronts and perform feature setup (SEO and integrations).
- Customize widgets, install extra components, and investigate front-end bugs.
- Maintain high-quality work per Okendo guidelines; contribute to internal docs.
- Collaborate with teams and escalate incidents as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical support.
- Experience coding; front-end HTML/CSS/JS; Shopify helpful.
- Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical users.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SaaS and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
- Customer-oriented, proactive, fast learner.
