📋 Description

• Oversee planning and execution of platform modernization, including discovery workshops.
• Manage cross-functional teams across government agencies and ensure effective communication.
• Define scope, objectives, success metrics; develop plans and monitor milestones.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks; create contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state IT governance, security policies, and data standards.
• Implement Agile/hybrid practices with regular status reporting and change control.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT project management; at least 3 years in senior/lead role.
• Track record delivering complex public sector/enterprise IT projects.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and PMP/AGile/Scrum experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Vendor management and government procurement experience.
