📋 Description

• Own day-to-day People Operations in a fully remote, distributed company
• Manage core HR operations, compliance, systems, benefits, onboarding/offboarding
• Coordinate vendor management and recruiting support
• Partner with leaders, Finance, and external vendors for a seamless employee experience
• Support LATAM region with scalable people infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years in People Ops or similar
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment compliance and multi-state HR
• Experience supporting fully remote, distributed teams
• Strong operational rigor and handling sensitive information
• Comfort wearing multi-hat in a fast-moving startup
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, and IT tools (Gusto/Deel/Lever)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
