📋 Description

• Define architecture blueprint and tech roadmap for modernization.
• Analyze data flows; design integration with legacy systems and external databases.
• Choose tech stacks with modular, best-fit approach.
• Ensure design meets security/compliance (NIST, FedRAMP, State); RBAC and encryption.
• Architect cloud-ready/scalable solutions (hybrid on-prem/cloud) with HA/DR.
• Define API and integration standards for GIS, DMS, and payments.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (MS preferred).
• 10+ years in software development/architecture; 5+ years as architect.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale systems; govt/regulatory preferred.
• EA principles; RESTful APIs, message queues, ETL.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including cloud-native apps and services.
• IAM, authentication protocols, and data encryption for sensitive data.
