- Serve as day-to-day client contact for a large pharma client, building trust through strong counsel.
- Lead development of integrated corporate brand communications strategies to elevate reputation.
- Oversee campaigns spanning earned media, storytelling, partnerships, sponsorships, and live activations.
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring cohesive messaging across channels.
- Counsel on navigating brand, cultural, and reputational issues, anticipating risks.
- Bring proactive ideas that elevate work and deepen the agency’s role as trusted partner.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a public relations agency.
- Deep experience leading corporate brand and reputation communications for pharma/biotech and/or consumer health.
- Proven track record managing large-scale campaigns with high-profile partners, talent, sponsorships, or cultural moments.
- Strong understanding of earned media, storytelling, partnerships, and experiential moments.
- Exceptional leadership and people-management skills with experience mentoring teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong instincts, sound judgment, and confidence in high-stakes environments.
