- Provide chat and email support during onboarding and maintenance.
- Onboard merchants with frontend work on Shopify storefronts (HTML/Liquid, CSS, Javascript).
- Install Okendo widgets and set up features including SEO and integrations.
- Fulfill post-install tasks and ongoing merchant maintenance.
- Customize widgets and investigate frontend bugs.
- Follow coding guidelines to ensure high-quality work.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical support role.
- Experience writing code, especially HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills.
