📋 Description
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers during pre-sales engagements
- Deliver live product demos and maintain PoC environments
- Architect solutions based on customer requirements and mission needs
- Support long defense sales cycles with follow-up demos and pre-sales support
- Travel as required to support on-site engagements
🎯 Requirements
- Kubernetes, cloud infra (AWS/Azure), and IaC tools (Terraform/OpenTofu)
- Ability to explain complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable with live deployments and real-time troubleshooting; adapt depth on the fly
- Read the room, admit mistakes, pivot as needed; keep demos engaging
- Collaborative by nature; work with cross-functional teams and sales
- Proactive, self-directed in building and maintaining infrastructure and advancing opportunities
