📋 Description

• Format client press releases, proofreading with speed and accuracy
• Offer suggestions to customers on improving their press releases
• Ensure client requests are handled to high customer service standards
• Ensure the team’s workflow runs smoothly and tasks are managed
• Understand distribution platforms and processes
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions and help as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of working experience preferred
• English, Mandarin, and Chinese (Simplified/Traditional) reading/writing
• Highly self-motivated and independent
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
