  • Proactively identify new opportunities and close large, complex deals.
  • Build a sustainable sales pipeline via outbound outreach.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain an operational cadence with management.
  • Draft and present transformational proposals addressing client needs.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners to expand offerings.
  • Qualify prospects and push opportunities through to close.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
  • Track record of quota attainment in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience selling large-ticket items to C-level execs at enterprises (>3k employees).
  • Experience managing a diverse pipeline across multiple industries.
  • Experience in high-tech sales (3D CAD, Solidworks, Autodesk) or robotics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationship builder.
