What you'll do:
The Collaboration Solutions Product Lead leads the strategic and operational management of a diverse suite of collaboration platforms and custom SharePoint-based applications. This role is responsible for delivering measurable business value by combining portfolio ownership, process development, vendor coordination, and user enablement. You will ensure platforms align with business needs, optimize costs, and facilitate user engagement and adoption.
In detail, you will:
- Transform and automate ways of working: Your focus is to improve how this work is done, by focusing on agentic-driven solutions to streamline, automate the core processes in this space.
- Understand your users: Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand their needs, challenges, and drive improvements in service delivery and user satisfaction. Foster communities of practice and learning hubs to support adoption and best practice sharing.
- Portfolio ownership and strategy: Manage a suite of collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Slack, Mentimeter, Miro, Adobe, Monday.com, Smartsheet, and Think-Cell. Define platform roadmaps, align tool capabilities with evolving business needs, and oversee onboarding, offboarding, license optimization, renewals, and ongoing support.
- Process management and development: Oversee support, maintenance, demand intake, and delivery for current and new custom-built SharePoint applications. Drive improvements in ways of working and process clarity.
- Vendor and stakeholder coordination: Act as the primary liaison with service providers and partners, ensuring performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to align priorities and share knowledge.
- Financial and cost management: Manage renewals and cost optimization for platforms, monitor license consumption, and support budgeting processes.
- Strategic ownership and growth: Define roadmap for platforms, manage lifecycle for platforms and drive innovation. Build strong alignment between platform capabilities and business outcomes.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in management of collaboration platforms and SharePoint applications
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences
- Growth mindset with a service-oriented attitude
- Structured, persistent, and fact-based approach, even in times of uncertainty
- Self-driven and influential leadership capabilities
- An AI & Automation first mindset
- Openness to exploring innovative solutions
- Fluent English
Where you'll be:
You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
