Technical Testing Senior Lead at M-KOPA

📋 Description

• Maintain and update firmware and configuration settings for M-KOPA phones
• Develop and document RFS (Ready for Sale) processes
• Deliver training on phone configuration procedures
• Conduct technical testing of new firmware to identify bugs and issues
• Perform customer experience testing to ensure optimal phone usability
• Execute root cause analysis and escalate bugs with detailed logs

🎯 Requirements

• Android OS experience including routing, flashing and phone configuration
• Experience with Samsung KNOX/Softlock locking platforms
• Analytical mindset for identifying security improvements for hardware/software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning and time management in an agile environment
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
