📋 Description
- Process, track, and manage homeowner warranty claims using Homebound’s platform
- Serve as primary contact for homeowners on warranty questions and status
- Coordinate warranty repairs with trade partners, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Educate homeowners on warranty coverage, limitations, and maintenance
- Review warranty issues for trends and opportunities for improvement
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years in residential construction, warranty administration, customer service, or related
- Experience with subcontractors and service scheduling preferred
- Construction-related training or certifications a plus
- Understanding of residential construction methods, systems, and materials
- Excellent customer service and clear, professional communication
