🎯 Requirements

• England and Wales qualified solicitor/barrister with ≥5 PQE.

• Knowledge of PSRs/EMRs and PRA/FCA rulebooks; crypto rules.
• Ability to structure regulated products and draft/ negotiate customer agreements.
• Commercial, delivery-focused mindset with adaptability.
