  • Drive adoption, retention, and value for SMB customers via Buyer Intent data.
  • Build trusted relationships; align insights to pipeline, renewals, ROI.
  • Partner with Account Managers to maximize account health and renewals.
  • Lead enablement and strategic advisory to accelerate ROI.
  • Support US-based customers from India; hybrid work with 3 days in-office.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in SaaS Customer Success, AM, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven success managing high-touch SMB/mid-market portfolios.
  • Deep knowledge of Buyer Intent, ABM, and MarTech.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
  • Experience cross-functional with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Fluent in English with strong presentation and written skills.
