📋 Description
- Drive adoption, retention, and value for SMB customers via Buyer Intent data.
- Build trusted relationships; align insights to pipeline, renewals, ROI.
- Partner with Account Managers to maximize account health and renewals.
- Lead enablement and strategic advisory to accelerate ROI.
- Support US-based customers from India; hybrid work with 3 days in-office.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years in SaaS Customer Success, AM, or client-facing roles.
- Proven success managing high-touch SMB/mid-market portfolios.
- Deep knowledge of Buyer Intent, ABM, and MarTech.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
- Experience cross-functional with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Fluent in English with strong presentation and written skills.
