📋 Description

• Lead transition to scalable Plug and Play partner model
• Standardize partner onboardings for quality at scale
• Enable external partners (ERPs, System Integrators) to implement ecosio solutions independently
• Own the partner implementation lifecycle and governance
• Build Partner Kit with assets for independent onboarding
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and unblock partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Partner Management, Enablement, or Solution Architecture
• Deep technical literacy in B2B/SaaS; API patterns, ERP landscapes, EDIFACT
• Proven Program Management; built certification program, training curriculum, or documentation portal
• Entrepreneurial mindset; focus on adoption, value, and reduced tickets
• Fluency in English
• Nice to have: German; SAP/D365; EDI/e-invoicing; Leadership; SI network
