Objetivo:

Garantizar el desarrollo, optimización y control de los procesos de fundición a presión (Die Casting) de zinc y satinado, asegurando la calidad del producto, la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, medio ambiente y normativas aplicables. Contribuir a la mejora continua, reducción de costos y satisfacción del cliente mediante procesos robustos y confiables.

Responsabilidades:

• Eliminación de causa raíz de los problemas 
• Ejecuta Cambios de ingeniería ECN's
• Define  TackTimes  
• Implementación de proyectos
• Diseño de fixturas y celdas
• Cumplimiento ISO 9001  & 140001
• Define & optimiza Routings
• Mejora continua procesos de MFG 
• Coordinacion y comunicacion de quejas de clientes, acciones correctivas y estrategia de mejora.
• Brinda seguimiento a controles en las áreas productivas para cumplir con las especificaciones.
• Reducción de Desperdicios mediante implementación de proyectos de mejora.
• Respuesta efectiva a problemas identificados en los procesos o con clientes que garanticen no - recurrencia.
• Incrementar adherencia a trabajo estandar por Supervisores y FLL.
• Asegurarse que las introducciones de nuevos y/o cambios de productos están alineados a los requerimientos de calidad.
• Asegurar compliance ante agencias regulatorias, estándares, sistemas en las áreas productivas/servicio que apliquen.

Requisitos:

• Universidad Completa (Titulo)
• Experiencia 3-5 años
• Experiencia en puestos similiares
• Ingles Avanzado
