Bioaerosol Engineer/Scientist at ERG

📋 Description

• Support bioaerosol R&D and EPA projects.
• Operate aerosol generation, sampling gear, and lab equipment.
• Design and run controlled lab studies and data collection.
• Prepare, process, and analyze bioaerosol samples.
• Interpret data and contribute to technical reports.
• Collaborate with EPA scientists and onsite teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental/Bio/Chemical Eng, Microbiology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in aerosol science, bioaerosols, air sampling, or environmental microbiology.
• Familiarity with aerosol generation systems, particle counters, filters, or capture devices.
• Hands-on experience with air sampling, particle measurement, sensor calibration, QA/QC.
• Experience writing SOPs, HASP, Data Management Plans; QA/QC docs.
• Ability to work onsite in a federal lab and pass background checks.
