📋 Description

• Build analytics foundation for product analytics
• Own analytics lifecycle: metrics, instrumentation, datasets
• Partner with Product/Engineering to embed analytics in releases
• Define questions, frameworks; ship production-grade code
• Fluent in SQL and Python; maintain analytics codebase
• ML evaluation in production is a plus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years as Data Scientist with large-scale data systems
• Advanced SQL and Python
• Experience with Airflow and Git/GitHub
• Proficiency with data warehouses (Clickhouse) and BI tools (Thoughtspot, Mode)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
