• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build, mentor a team of specialists and managers.
• Onboarding, training, and development of individual contributors and managers.
• Maintain a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability, client service, and results.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute regional marketing plans across advertising, PR, social media, email and other channels.
• Identify opportunities to localize marketing strategies and align initiatives with divisional priorities.
• Oversee divisional and corporate marketing reporting and ensure deliverables meet established goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Advertising or Business.
• 6+ years marketing experience; real estate experience is a plus.
• People management experience; talent development.
• Strong presentation and communication; ability to influence partners.
• Experience creating localized marketing plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, WordPress, Sitecore, Hootsuite, Asana, Monday.
