Enterprise Account Manager at Hatch

📋 Description
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and success lifecycle for enterprise and PE-backed accounts.
- Build detailed project plans with timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Oversee integration and data setup across portfolio companies; ensure consistent configuration.
- Monitor account health and proactively address adoption gaps or technical issues.
- Facilitate executive business reviews (QBRs) and deliver strategic ROI recommendations.
- Build and manage Zapier automations; troubleshoot API connections with Product/Engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation with enterprise/multi-brand accounts.
- Proven success managing enterprise customers with complex technical requirements.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication including executive presence and C-level discussion leadership.
- Experience with HubSpot and Metabase (or similar BI tools) for tracking.
- Familiarity with home services, SaaS, or tech-enabled operations is a plus.
