📋 Description

• Partner with product and engineering to define requirements for civil design AI tools
• Validate AI tools for civil design workflows
• Tighten iteration by testing and improving our tech with hands-on design
• Bring deep domain knowledge in water, wastewater, and transportation infrastructure
• Identify bottlenecks in traditional civil workflows that technology can solve
• Create reference designs and benchmarks to measure product performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in civil engineering design (water/wastewater/transport)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D
• Experience with HEC-RAS, StormCAD, WaterCAD, SWMM
• Strong opinions on improving engineering workflows
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup with software engineers
