📋 Description
- Develops and implements sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyzes market trends, sets targets, and creates sales forecasts
- Manages US regional forecasts with Demand Planning, Merchandising, and Sales
- Oversees sell-in and sell-through planning across US channels
- Creates account plans and KPI dashboards to inform buying decisions
- Supports long-range 3-5 year strategic plans for key accounts
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, economics, finance, or related field required
- Minimum 5 years in merch planning/buying or related fields
- Experience managing inventory plans for key accounts or categories
- One year in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong retail math and financial metrics to drive sales and margins
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and PowerPoint

- Salary range: $100,000-$114,000
