📋 Description
- Onboard clients and maintain highest service level to retain partnerships
- Serve as lead point of contact for assigned Key Accounts
- Ensure timely delivery of products per customer needs
- Prepare monthly performance reports on progress
- Develop new business with existing clients and manage renewals
- Onboard clients via welcome emails/calls and train them on site
🎯 Requirements
- Experience as Account Manager or Sales Account Manager
- Strong client retention and stakeholder management
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Hybrid setup based in Makati
