- Own and optimize the web onboarding funnel—from post-click to payment screen
- Lead creation and A/B testing of copy, messaging, creatives, and value propositions
- Develop and validate hypotheses grounded in funnel analytics, user behavior, and friction points
- Design and execute no-code experiments across different user segments
- Personalize user journeys based on segmentation insights and behavioral data
- Mentor and lead a team of 4 Product Growth Managers
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in growth, product marketing, or conversion roles (mobile-first)
- Proven success improving onboarding and conversion rates
- Strong understanding of user psychology; communicate value across segments
- Experience with no-code A/B testing tools and a data-driven approach
- Ability to distill insights from behavioral and funnel data to guide strategy
- Creative mindset with analytical rigor; comfortable with storytelling and spreadsheets
