📋 Description

• Handle full retail operations: stock receipt, stock takes, inventory accuracy.
• Manage reverse logistics: phone swaps and returns with minimal disruption.
• Support sales for new acquisitions and upgrades with the sales team.
• Log, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; follow up on serviced devices.
• Maintain depot brand presence; ensure marketing materials are visible.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer care or inventory management.
• Retail operations experience, preferably in phone sales or tech retail.
• Genuine comfort with smartphone technology.
• Computer literacy and data management; diploma preferred but not required.
