Stock Controller / Retail Customer Care Executive at M-KOPA
Job Description
📋 Description
- Handle full retail operations: stock receipt, stock takes, inventory accuracy.
- Manage reverse logistics: phone swaps and returns with minimal disruption.
- Support sales for new acquisitions and upgrades with the sales team.
- Log, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; follow up on serviced devices.
- Maintain depot brand presence; ensure marketing materials are visible.
🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer care or inventory management.
- Retail operations experience, preferably in phone sales or tech retail.
- Genuine comfort with smartphone technology.
- Computer literacy and data management; diploma preferred but not required.
