As a Pricing & Product Strategy Manager you will be part of our Product Strategy team, your purpose will be to act as an internal management consultant, bridging the gap between high-level business goals and actionable product outcomes. You will support leadership by analyzing revenue drivers, conducting market segmentation, and building financial models that help our teams understand exactly which levers to pull to drive growth. You will play a key role in defining our pricing architecture and ensuring our product initiatives align with our strategy to build marketplace liquidity and network effects.
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…
- Experience & Background: 5+ years of experience, preferably in Management Consulting or Strategy & Operations within a product-led tech company.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to break down complex, ambiguous executive goals into specific, actionable targets for product and commercial teams.
- Monetization & Pricing: Specific experience designing pricing strategies and offer architectures, with a generalist mindset capable of handling complex hybrid models (SaaS + Marketplace).
- Analytical Hard Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and SQL to independently access data, analyze revenue lines, and validate hypotheses (e.g., churn, activation).
- Market & Customer Insight: Experience in market research, customer segmentation, and persona creation to validate ideas and guide long-term product strategy.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and Marketplace dynamics, specifically regarding liquidity, network effects, and growth levers.
- Stakeholder Leadership: The ability to influence senior stakeholders (Directors, Heads of Product) and facilitate the setting of quarterly goals and commercial roadmaps.
