• Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian environments (workflows, permissions, dashboards).
• Develop, implement, and support Jira automations with Power Automate, Outlook, Power BI.
• Design and manage REST API integrations to move data between Jira and apps.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize Jira workflows and integrations.
• Build and maintain Problems, Incident, Change, and Release workflows.
• ITIL best practices adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Atlassian/Jira environments (workflows, permissions, dashboards).
• REST API integrations experience.
• ITIL processes experience (Problem/Incident/Change/Release).
• Power Automate, Outlook, Power BI integrations.
• Strong collaboration and time management.
• Minimum English Level B2.
