- Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities in target accounts
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new logo opportunities
- Create and execute account penetration for mid-market and enterprise
- Position AI-driven CCaaS solutions (Genesys Cloud) for business outcomes
- Run discovery sessions with pre-sales, solution architects, and product teams
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from engagement to contract close
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in new business sales in enterprise/mid-market tech
- Strong background selling complex SaaS or cloud solutions
- Experience selling CCaaS, UCaaS, CRM, CX, or AI-led platforms
- Track record of meeting or exceeding new business targets
- Excellent discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in business terms
