📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
• Proactively conduct outreach calls, candidate engagement, and follow-ups
• Work with Operations & People Lead to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
• Increase headcount fulfillment speed and efficiency for top-prioritized roles
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach)
• Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition professional
• Strong capability and initiative in active sourcing, outreach calling, and candidate engagement
• Professional attitude, accountability and strong follow up habits to meet hiring needs
• Clear and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Consistent follow-through on candidates, interviews, and hiring timelines
• Willingness to learn, improve and operate within a structured system
