📋 Description

• Lead reliability for Sam's Kitchen at a large site (manufacturing, warehouse, fulfilment).
• Plan to maintain continuous production, improve efficiencies and safety.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules with the operations team.
• Improve reliability of critical equipment and drive autonomous maintenance.
• Develop reliability plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead maintenance, inventory and asset optimization across sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Designed and executed preventative maintenance schedules.
• English B1 and Polish B1 level.
• Inventory/Stores management experience with suppliers.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (apprenticeship or equivalent).
• Strong experience developing a Maintenance Management System.
• Excellent communication, planning and scheduling; safety compliance knowledge.
