Bonus Manager at Stay Group

We are looking for a Bonus Manager to join our team and be the driving force behind bonuses and promotions, setting up campaigns, tournaments, and automation while ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and delivers real impact.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret numerical data and apply insights in practice.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role within the iGaming industry.
• Experience working with the SoftSwiss platform (preferred but not mandatory).
• Solid understanding of major Tier 1 market game providers and their product specifics.
• Knowledge of key industry metrics and concepts: GGR, NGR, Bonus Cost, Royalty, Bonus Deduction.
• Intermediate English level or higher.
