- LiveOps Mastery: Extensive understanding of LiveOps strategies, economy design, and monetization in free-to-play ecosystems
- Analytical Mindset: Expert proficiency in analyzing data and KPIs to make informed product decisions
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Passion for Games: A genuine love for the casual market and a pulse on what makes a game fun and addictive
